The Pont du Gard 15min

The Pont du Gard is the most visited monument in France after the Mont-Saint-Michel. It was contructed around 60 A.D. during the reign of Claudius, and is the largest and best preserved Roman aqueduct. The Pont du Gard is actually a section of a much larger 50 kilometre aqueduct that went from Uzès to Nîmes.
